I'd like the ability to cluster/load balance/failover print servers. These would be Server 2012 or 2012 R2 OS. I have searched the forum's and have seen good and bad experiences for clustering and/or NLB'ing. I have been seeing that this type of HA is no longer supported in server 2012 (or R2) and you should use Hyper-V (VMware only environment here). What other options out there do I have to achieve this? Side note - I do have a Citrix Netscaler but that appears to be an unsupported option. Any help is appreciated.
