Have clients in a domain. The Print Server is Windows Server 2012, as is the DC. Clients are all Windows 7 Pro and are added to the domain.
I have set up Print Services for all the printers (HP, Lexmark and Canon). Deployed it using GPO.
The printer reports no errors. The printer was working fine before the print server. The printer drivers are correct. However, no print jobs work.
When run, error is as follows:
The document Print Document, owned by administrator, failed to print on printer Library. Try to print the document again, or restart the print spooler.Data type: RAW. Size of the spool file in bytes: 99325. Number of bytes printed: 0. Total number of pages in the document: 1. Number of pages printed: 0. Client computer: \\PRINTSERVER01. Win32 error code returned by the print processor: 5. Access is denied.
I have granted full rights to the Spool directory, as is recommended in a different post. I've added the users to Print Operators. I am at a loss as what to try next.
NOTE: Adding the printer to the machines individually works, but to do this to 100+ machines is not practical.
Thank you
